The Berber jewelry makes a seasonal appearance in my wardrobe. Since that trip many years ago, the necklaces have become summer staples. I only took out a few for these pictures.
The colors I saw in Morocco -- dusk in the Atlas Mountains, sunset at the edge of the desert, tiles in Fez, the souks of Marrakech -- are indescribable. I won't even try.

So just a quick mid-week post. For now, I hope you get a little glimpse of what captivated me (and countless others) in Morocco.

One of the many words I associate with your blog and your images is 'vibrant'. These images practically jump off the screen. I have not, as yet, visited Morocco, but I hope to.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful photographs and I adore the colors. I've not been to Morocco (the husband has), just Tunisia and Egypt - some of the souks in Tunisia remind me of these shots. I do have some jewelry I collected from the area which is dear to me.
