With yellow balls in autumn

I am trying to claw my way out of the dirt -- perfect for this Day of the Dead? -- but am buried under so many projects. I hope to visit your blogs soon this week. Until then, here's a quick post wishing you all a Happy Halloween!
I've been surrounded by so much creativity over the last few days. Friends have been outdoing themselves with their Halloween costumes. Here's the Halloween contribution of a Silicon Valley company I admire greatly for being so out-of-the-box -- sorry, I hate using MBA jargon but it seemed apt! -- in the way they work and live. (I've been to their campus where a good friend works. It's a playground for adults! Such a wonderful way to work. No one seems to want to go home.)

Seems like a blast! Happy belated Halloween. It seems like so many of my friends went all out this year, which is funny since most never did much when they were kids. I guess they were making up for lost time.
