AGGRESSION AND THE ETHEREAL

It is still raining cats and dogs and I missed my ballet class due to some work emergencies.

How to calm down?  Put on Stravinsky, skip rope and give myself a ballet class.  The contrast is uplifting.

I am in the market for a boxer's punching bag though.  Sometimes, Aggression wins over the Ethereal.  Fans of Natalie Portman's "Black Swan" will attest to that.
